At Les Néréides, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides box and secure it within a protective shipping carton along with your printed return form.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
